Returns & Exchanges

  • Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items in our Health & Beauty category cannot be returned once opened.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at nomankhan03470000@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our support team will guide you through the process.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will coordinate with you to issue the refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
